Urban Farmer Cleveland has started the pickling process! Currently, the kitchen has approximately 11 seasonal vegetables ready to go. These vegetables include beets, cauliflower, cucumbers, green beans, celery, carrots, fennel, sun chokes, red onions, ramps, and spring onions. Additionally, the team has also jarred orange marmalade!
These pickled and jarred items will be stored on display in our semi-private dining room, appropriately named the Pantry. If you book an event in this space, you may see Chef Brad stop by for a visit while gathering items to use in his dishes. The Chef will be using the pickled items in popular menu items such as our charcuterie, farm burger, and tuna. Be sure to stop by Urban Farmer Cleveland to see our pickling on display!
