Eat Your Fruits and Veggies!

Do you remember mom always telling you to eat your fruits and veggies? I know we do and Urban Farmer has made it a whole lot easier to listen to mom.  For the month of June we’re focusing on our farm to table produce and how those options make it to your table. Vegetarians rejoice! We put just as much love into our vegetables as we do to our other options, so don’t fear walking through our doors.Choosemyplate.gov recommends that women and men have a daily intake of 1 ½-2 cups of fruit a day and 2 ½ -3 cups of vegetables. Let Urban Farmer Cleveland serve you up your daily intake with our many options; including a weekly Meatless Monday special! Our vegetable and fruit dishes are carefully thought out and developed by our Executive Chef; Vishu Nath, with each dish having a unique background all its own. This includes which farm it comes from, how often Urban Farmer orders them in and how the chefs and cooks prepare the dishes. Our top favorites include; roasted cauliflower & kale, Brussels sprouts, twice bakes potato tarts and creamed spinach gratin. Our diners will also see lots of seasonal fruit throughout our salads, breakfast items and some dinner items
